How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Each product page features a detailed size guide including lens width, bridge width, and temple length. You can also find your current frame size by looking at the small numbers printed on the inside of your existing glasses' arm.
Do you offer prescription lenses for your frames?
Yes, most of our optical frames and sunglasses can be fitted with prescription lenses. Simply select the 'Add Prescription' option on the product page and upload a valid copy of your vision prescription.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while custom prescription orders may take 7-10 business days for processing and assembly.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day 'No Questions Asked' return policy for all non-prescription eyewear. Items must be in their original packaging and unworn. Prescription lenses are custom-made and are eligible for a one-time 50% credit or exchange if there is a prescription issue.
Are JM Eyewear products covered by a warranty?
Every pair of JM Eyewear comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering any defects in materials or craftsmanship. This does not cover accidental damage or lens scratches from daily wear.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna or Afterpay.
